HUTSOFT Nigeria Limited, Winner of the B.I.D. Century International Quality ERA Award in Geneva
Ibrahim Abubakar Dasuma, MD/CEO and Mustapha Abubakar, Director of Operations of HUTSOFT Nigeria Limited, a leading company in its sector and in Nigeria, received the B.I.D Century International Quality ERA Award at the 13th Century International Quality ERA (CQE) Convention in Geneva, city which opened its doors to a gathering of those companies, and their leaders, that are most dedicated to quality and innovation, two key requirements for the honor of receiving the Business Initiative Directions Quality Award. From 59 different countries, only the best assembled in the center of Geneva, an international relations gathering point, to receive what many call the "Oscar of the Business World."

HUTSOFT Nigeria Limited won the Century International Quality ERA Award in Geneva before business leaders and representatives of the diplomatic corps from 59 countries. Before the gathering present at the Century International Quality ERA Convention, Ibrahim Abubakar Dasuma, MD/CEO and Mustapha Abubakar, Director of Operations of HUTSOFT Nigeria Limited, received a distinction that symbolizes quality and innovation from the President of Business Initiative Directions, Jose E. Prieto.

Also awarded by B.I.D. in Geneva was ALUNORTE - Alumina do Norte do Brasil S.A., the largest alumina refinery in the world, that as of 2008 has an annual production capacity of 6.26 million tons- 7% of the global alumina production. From Mexico, Franklin Electric was distinguished, the world's largest manufacturer of submersible electric motors as well as one of the most important global providers of complete water and fueling systems. From its headquarters in the U.S., Franklin Electric's manufacturing facilities span Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, North and South America, and Asia.

CBA Kereskedelmi KFT, from Hungary, also took home a B.I.D. Quality Award. This prominent food retail chain with 3,357 stores in Hungary, and 3,895 abroad, as well as associations with food traders in 7 European countries, boasts 30,000 employees. By the end of 2010, CBA's capital stock was 600 million Euros and its gross sales exceeded 2.18 billion Euros. Also awarded in Geneva was Coal India Limited, the largest coal producing company in the world. By 2010, this company had 397,138 employees and operated 471 mines. From Canada, Woodbine Entertainment Group is the top name in the country's entertainment industry. This multi-dimensional operations company provides fine-dining, sports-bar and teletheatre services, and is Canada's largest horse racing operator. Also awarded was one of the largest real estate developers in the Middle East, Sorouh Real Estate Company P.J.S.C., from the United Arab Emirates. With headquarters in Abu Dhabi, Sorouh's current mandate of projects in the UAE and abroad exceeds $5.6 billion USD.

Along with these winners, HUTSOFT Nigeria Limited was honored before those gathered at the Century International Quality ERA Convention, and featured to the business world through graphic and digital media broadcasting coverage for their noteworthy commitment to quality, excellence, and innovation.
